Partner with MCI
Male Contraceptive Initiative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We rely on the generous support of donors and funding partners to work towards the realization of our vision and mission: “Reproductive Autonomy for All”. Our organizational activities are focused on providing funding and advocacy support to the scientific community researching promising non-hormonal, reversible male contraceptive leads.
Our research support focuses on the entire spectrum of development, including academic labs, start-ups, and corporate entities. This also includes investing in the success of university students and postgraduates so that we widen the pipeline of talented researchers as well as potential contraceptive products. In this way, we can ensure that an under-funded and under-explored area of scientific research receives the holistic support necessary to see male contraceptive products from initial idea to market reality.
Our advocacy efforts span the gamut, including market research efforts, public outreach, and working with our Youth Advisory Board. This also means promoting the concept of “Team Science” and encouraging collaboration both in and outside the community through ideation, conferences, and communication.
We have developed unique partnership opportunities for individuals and organizations to collaborate with us through, segmenting them in categories that map to our daily activities and hopeful vision of the future: Research, Advocacy, Success, and Collaboration. Within each of these segments, there are multiple opportunities at various investment levels for our financial supporters to meaningfully contribute to our mission. Through this, our donors and supporters become partners, and are recognized as such.
