Video is a powerful educational tool. We strive to produce and share films and videos that simplify complex topics, making the science, research, and advocacy surrounding male contraception more engaging and accessible to everyone.

Our collection of videos and webinars provides direct access to the experts and advocates driving this field forward. We feature insightful conversations with research luminaries, updates from our grantees, and engaging discussions with the public. Furthermore, these films document our experiences at key conferences and showcase our efforts to elevate the profile of male contraceptives around the world. ​“Updates on In-human Testing of Male Contraceptive Products”

​Male Contraceptive Initiative launched a series of virtual discussions affectionately titled “The Lemonade Stand” in order to provide learning opportunities while fostering a sense of collaboration amongst the male contraception research community during the quarantine related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The eighteenth session featured presentations from researchers working to develop next generation male contraceptives who have begun testing their products in humans. Attendees heard from representatives from YourChoice Therapeutics and Contraline, as well as the team developing novel hormonal male contraceptives. Panelists provided an overview of their work in the context of clinical trials in an effort to provide timely updates about male birth control methods being tested in people as well as to help demystify the timelines related to drug development. This film shares that discussion.
