Our Youth Advisory Board is a group of young people (18-28) providing their perspectives to our work and advocating for male contraception.
Understanding and giving space to the opinions of today's youth is especially important for male contraception, as they are likely to be the users of the next-generation of male contraceptive methods. These talented and passionate young leaders are involved in advising our staff on our advocacy and research efforts, and act as advocates for the needs of the diverse group of male contraception's future users. Contact us if you’re interested in joining or engaging with our Youth Advisory Board!

Molly Ring
Molly is pursuing a BSc degree in Neuroscience at the University of Bristol. She currently leads a team of student consultants with 180 Degrees Consulting advising charity organizations and social enterprises. She feels strongly about empowering individuals to engage in conversations about their experiences with contraception, as the strain that current offerings place on individuals and relationships is such an unspoken issue. She will undertake a 6-week internship in the summer of 2022 in corporate finance in the healthcare sector and I hope this will enable me to understand the challenges faced by smaller companies in the life science industry in funding their crucial research efforts, such as those met by contraceptive researchers. She is delighted to work with the MCI with the shared passion for eliminating inequality in sexual and reproductive health and hope to see the initiative progress in achieving its mission.

Female reproductive health is entirely her main focus, and she plans on pursuing a career as an OBGYN back in England, and is currently a peer health advisor at Duke for sexual assault victims. Joining the MCI team has been nothing short of a dream, and she was overwhelmed by their passion in the realm of contraceptive equality and reproductive freedom for both genders.
